The dastardly reporting of the @OrlandoSentinel’s Bang Bang Maxwell
Proposed Florida law: Kill someone, claim self-defense … get $200k “This is a dangerous piece of legislation,” said Phil Archer, the gun-toting Republican state attorney for Seminole and Brevard counties. “I don’t know how else to say it.” Archer said … Continue reading

Florida Parole Commission furthers conviction corruption – denies Gary Bennett parole

These highlight of Geraldo Rivera’s 1984 “20/20” exposé of charlatan dog handler John Preston don’t make it clear whether he addressed an Ohio federal court finding Preston a fraud in January of 1983.
Even if Rivera didn’t include the information, it was known to prosecutors and public defenders nationwide. Gary Bennett was tried and convicted in 1984 based on Preston’s perjuries.
One of his defenders was Norm Wolfinger, the Brevard/Seminole State Attorney that refused to charge George Zimmerman in Trayvon Martin’s death, and refused to charge the three officers that – with premeditation – kicked, beat and tased 66-year-old dementia-suffering Albert Flowers within an inch of his life.
Hey, FTA … if LabCorp buys Orchid Cellmark, do dirty deeds disappear?
If there are no national protocols for private forensic labs to report evidence tampering, there should be, and if buyouts of private forensic labs can bury ostensibly unethical behaviors, we need new federal laws, ones from which those who participate … Continue reading

Increasingly, “reporter” is a four letter word
William “Tommy” Zeigler was framed so sloppily that the prosecutors theory-of-the-crime has devolved into lurid lunacy that only reporters would pretend to believe. Please sign the petition and share it. [Note: the same prosecutors office later leveled the same slander … Continue reading
