I have signed the pledge. The anti-war movement is important. I hope folks get on board.

Tolstoy said it best: “War is murder.” If an individual kills his neighbor, he goes to prison for life; if wealthy and powerful people kill their neighbors in massive numbers through wars of aggression, too often they do so with impunity, without being held accountable for mass murder. Hard to believe such an unenlightened state of international affairs still exists in the year 2016.

I find it easy to believe that war gore is still embraced as glorious in 2016 … it’s what mainstream media moguls want.
