Please, legislate me home …

Too many of America’s incarcerated – hundreds of thousands of men, women and children – don’t belong behind bars. We can’t celebrate them home, but we can legislate them home, beginning with a federally legislated end to civil immunities for police, prosecutorial and judicial misconduct … justice hasn’t been equal since their creation.
