Florida Bar opens investigation into courtroom fight

The Florida Bar is investigating the attorney involved in a conflict with a judge last week at the courthouse in Viera that ended in profanity and punches …

A spokeswoman for the bar couldn’t say if the complaint was generated internally.

The attorney referred to above – an assistant public defender – apparently didn’t engage in either profanity or punches, from what my ears tell me in listening to the video.

Gannett’s Florida Today‘s wording is designed – just like mother-ship USA Today‘s, the Detroit Free Press, etc. –  to keep Gannett a power player in election engineering.

Gannett’s pervasive, putrid power extends to Army Times … and, to honor our soldiers’ sacrifices, we are obliged to pay attention to what the VA has been getting away with Gannett as a primary military “news” source. Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit encompasses not only the Kennedy Space Center, but Patrick Airforce Base, and a stunning array of defense contractors, so Army Times, Florida Today and USA Today‘s combined influence is not a small matter.

With an honest mainstream media, it would be common knowledge that well-compensated Florida Judges know that public defenders offices’ budgets are are pittances that can’t possibly result in mounting adequate defenses for their clients, and that – conversely – the sky is the limit for prosecutors’ offices. With an honest media, the public would be in a position to reach the conclusion that – were Florida judges at all interested in justice – their impatience would not be extended to any obviously-up-against-the-wall assistant public defender … their impatience would be instead directed at Florida’s succession of legislators and governors that have continually kept assistant public defenders offices up against the wall.

It would likewise be common knowledge that Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit has been in the frame-up/coverup business since the early 1980’s. and the public could and would accurately assess the Florida Bar’s belated, misdirected interest in Brevard and Seminole counties.

Because the Florida Bar’s interest in Brevard/Seminole is so ridiculously belated, frame-ups achieved using John Preston remain intact, i.e.; Gary Bennett (Brevard, 1984), and Preston-tainted convictions resulted in at least two executions, that of Gerald Stano (Brevard County, 1998) and Linroy Bottoson (Orange County, 2002). Unrelated frame-ups remain intact, too, like Jeff Abramowski’s. So do sorta-related frame-ups, like Crosley “Poppa” Green’s (different dog handler).

Those who engineered frame-ups or participated in coverups were and are protected, often very clumsily, by Florida Today, with USA Today occasionally chiming in, as in their publishing a false “all clear” on Preston frame-ups prior to Gerald Stano and Linroy Bottoson’s executions and prior to Wilton Dedge and William Dillon’s DNA exonerations.

The FBI participated in Linroy’s prosecution, and therein – apparently – lies the explanation of how Florida’s Supreme Court, Bar association and media can get away with participating in flagrant conviction corruption. There is greater detail on the Florida/FBI/Justice Department/Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee/mainstream media mess in my “God damn Bob Graham” post.

Thank you.
