BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA — Judge John Murphy and Bevard County public defender Andrew Weinstock exchanged heated words during court today in which Murphy allegedly pressured Weinstock to get his client to waive his right to a speedy trial.
BCSO report sheds light on courtroom scuffle
The deputy reported seeing the two men grabbing each other’s suit jackets and pushing back and forth.
Current Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey was supported for election by local FBI retirees and other retired feds. Their endorsement constituted a damnation, one already apparent by Ivey’s previous position in Brevard as a Florida Department of Law Enforcement employee.
The FBI was involved with John Preston and other DNA-discredited dog handlers, which darkly cloudly over 3,500 criminal investigations and achieved countless false convictions. While with the FDLE, Ivey assured me over the phone that there were no more false convictions achieved via the perjured testimony of charlatan dog handler Preston (I keep my phone records).
I managed – if memory serves – not to laugh at Ivey, or otherwise out myself as knowing him to be lying – very glibly. Gary Bennett’s 30-year-old Brevard/Preston perjury conviction remains intact, with former Florida legislator/governor/U.S. Senator Bob Graham, former Florida governors Jeb Bush and Charlie Crist and current Governor Rick Scott all acting outside the law in the name of the law to ensure that Helen Nardi’s actual murderers (multiple weapons) remain free, with Gary solely serving their time.
As such, Under Ivey’s “leadership,” a Brevard County Sheriff Office’s report isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, and statements by deputies for the media aren’t worth a damn either … assistant public defender Andrew Weinstock’s “screaming” back at Judge John Murphy outside of the courtroom is not evidenced by the video. Murhphy – alone – is shouting off-camera. Shouting, not screaming.
There is absolutely no disputing that Florida Today‘s decades of continually skewed reporting dumbs down local citizenry to the point of applauding judicial misconduct. That, too, is evidenced by the video.
In this dumbed-down state, Brevardians continually vote against their own best interests, which is exactly what Florida Today wants, for reasons that should become apparent via federal investigation, made all the more necessary because of the FBI’s use of DNA-discredited dog handlers clouding convictions in many states, and son of a former FBI agent Florida Today columnist Mike Haridopolos, whose multiple financial scandals embroiled the local community college, a state university, substantial incomes from a local business (at a time they were failing to compensate their employees), skewed income and assets reportings as a Florida legislator, and apparent abuse of a GOP credit card. That local community college employs former Florida Today executive John Glisch, former Brevard sheriff Jack Parker, and – if memory serves – Wayne Ivey’s wife. Unless there’s been a change since I last checked, the college president is attorney Jim Richey, who is involved in selecting judges and formerly involved in addressing grievances against judges:
He [Richey] is also admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, is a member of the United States Tax Court, Florida Bar Association and Judicial Nominating Commission for the Fifth District Court of Appeal, and former chair of the Grievance Committee of the 18th Circuit Judicial Court.
Florida’s Fifth District Court specializes in affirming lawless lower court decisions, sans comment, and Florida’s 18th Circuit Judicial Court may well have engineered more false convictions than any other judicial circuit in the nation – public safety be damned. Florida Today‘s archives provide insight on both, by their “coverage” of Judge Murphy’s meltdown to malicious prosecutions they’ve ceased reporting about – Jeff Abramowski, Crosley Green, Gary Bennett, etc. – as well as by dots FT deliberately failed to connect … the Revolving Door antics within Brevard that emulate those within the D.C.’s Beltway. As to D.C.’s Beltway, none of what I’ve written is unknown to Representative “birther” Bill Posey, who resides in Brevard, or Senator Bill Nelson, who was raised in Brevard (and launched heavenward in Brevard).
