Other Treasure Coast residents have told me that they, too, have had the Port St. Lucie Police Department “run” them through Florida’s DAVID (Driver and Vehicle Information Database) system for no reason.
I checked my electronic calendar for the dates of all the DAVID “hits” that were provided by the four agencies that chose to disclose rather than hide them. On all but one day, it appears I was at home, and I traveled to the north, not south, the day I was away.

Dear Ms. Reisinger,
Thank you your prompt response and for forwarding my email to Internal Affairs. Please provide an email address for them; I have epilepsy and conversations under duress do not allow me to participate in a manner that protects my interests.
The Confidentiality Notice that you appended to your email is inappropriate to the matter at hand … abuse of the state’s DAVID system. I haven’t come close to breaking any laws in my advocacy for my own and others’ trampled rights.
Again, my thanks for your rapid response.

Subject: Request for information on DAVID records requests from your separate offices
Dear Mr. Malcolm, Mr. Falcon, Mr. (or Ms.) Reisinger and Ms. Bridges,
I am writing in regards to the DAVID report below.
I have been apprised that although 12 years of DAVID records existed, only the four most recent years have been retained. This, quite frankly, suggests a coverup, given that electronic records are easy to store in perpetuity, and given that there have been a number of DAVID controversies. I have also been apprised that agencies can – at their sole discretion – deny me knowledge of their having accessed my records through DAVID. This, too, smacks of a coverup.
At your earliest convenience, please explain via emailed response: 1) why I was of interest to you; 2) whether or not your interest predates the report; 3) whether or not that interest is ongoing; 4) whether or not your agency has caused any redactions to the report; 5) how I can secure copies of any and all related records and reports. In addition, please provide the job titles and job descriptions of the individuals who made DAVID requests.
It is my hope that the information you provide will indicate you are looking into the cast of characters that have trampled my inherent rights since 2001 and/or the inherent rights of other individuals I’ve advocated for since 2004, but given the level of Color of Law uncooperativeness I’ve experienced, I doubt that is the case.
I look forward to your individual responses. Thank you for your time.
