Framed in Florida: Will US Supreme Court rule against perjury-free trials?

“This Court must not allow a state with 13% of the nation’s death row population to ignore perjury by police officers…so long as there is something else in the record the court can point to support a guilty verdict. Otherwise…states can continue to use perjured testimony to bolster their cases with impunity…. Florida…must be made to apply this Court’s… materiality standard in the face of extremely prejudicial state misconduct.” A decision is expected soon after May 15, 2014.

William “Tommy” Zeigler is innocent. Every dirty trick imaginable has been used against him, including lurid slander and libel, which prosecutors from Florida’s 9th judicial circuit repeated much later when they accepted responsibility for prosecuting Gary Stanley Bennett 18th judicial circuit case, under incurable taints (plural) ignored by both Charlie Crist and Rick Scott.
