A judge from Seminole County — not Brevard — will preside over the trials of former Brevard County Clerk of Courts Mitch Needelman and two BlueWare executives.

The powers that Florida Today describes Brevard county clerk Scott Ellis as holding over Brevard County courts is a self-serving figment of their imagination, like a lot of their “reporting.” Perhaps most of their reporting.
Despite fictionalized reporting, Brevard County Judge W. David Dugan will be prosecuted for his role in allowing defense attorneys and prosecutors to heap additional untenable trial tactics on Gary Bennett, among other things. And Florida Today will be powerless to protect Dugan with additional lies of omission, or fictions. Their staff, especially their attorneys, will be battling prosecution for conspiracy to violate rights, as well. (Gary Bennett’s was the final of scores of Brevard frame-up that utilized charlatan dog handler John Preston … a year after he was federally discredited.)
It’s game over. I’ve got what I need. Gary’s going to go free, and because Jeff Ashton knotted Gary’s case to death row innocent William “Tommy” Zeigler’s by recycling the homosexuality slander/libel he used against Tommy, Tommy’s going to go free, too. And Jeff Ashton will be prosecuted for conspiracy to violate rights.
Because Gary and Tommy will be freed, so will many others that endured Florida 5th District Court of Appeals participation in conspiracy to violate rights and/or Florida Supreme Court participation in conspiracy to violate rights and/or U.S. Supreme Court participation in conspiracy to violate rights.
I needed a miracle to be able to go back to designing homes and landscapes, no longer in danger from a sociopath I met in elementary school … and with a clear conscience that I hadn’t knowingly left anyone in similar or worse straights from being denied their inalienable rights by pretenders at protecting, serving and administering justice, as well as pretenders at reporting on it.
I got my miracle.
