After Herman’s release from prison last week, his tormenters swiftly re-indicted him for the murder of prison guard Brent Miller.

Again, without evidence.

“Justice for some” is a unacceptable credo, and it’s high time to be be done with it, definitively.

Investigate and prosecute those so very eager to have Herman spend his final hours on scratchy sheets, surrounded by strangers, FBI and DoJ. We’re not paying you to do what you want; we’re paying you to do what we need, and what we need is absolutely equal justice. We’ll never, ever have it until you prudently prove – as your sworn and fiduciary responsibilities require – that civil immunities for misconduct are not in the public interest.
