… the Judge clearly orders that “the State immediately release Mr. Wallace from custody.” No application for bail is required, and the State is given 30 days to notify Herman if they plan to re-indict him.
We pray that Herman can still hear this all-important decision that he’s waited these four decades for.

Because the U.S. Supreme Court has been selling out citizens since the Bicentennial, prosecutorial misconduct is lawful.
We can’t afford to amend the Constitution, and we don’t need to … “equal” is an entirely comprehensible word.
What we need to do is impeach the majority of Justices.
Now.
Because “victories” that come so late that the undertaker is waiting in the wings aren’t really victories at all.
And we need to focus on the REAL IRS scandal, the scandal of them allowing Bar associations to remain tax exempt while they fail to hold to account those who’ve committed serial and deadly misconduct – like John Dean Moxley Jr.
My official complaints to the IRS about the Bar’s phony tax exemptions remain a matter of public record, now nearly four years old. They’re legitimate complaints, not the complaints of whining predators who want to keep the majority of their financial activities exempt from public scrutiny … whining predators who have the malicious, every-bit-as-predatory mainstream media backing them.
Herman, I’m so sorry. Thousands upon thousands of us tried to make this day come sooner.
