The IRS Annual Oversight Meeting lasted four hours. From what I’m learning, the Meeting should have lasted at least four days, with resulting press releases having every dot.org scrambling to make sure that its income tax exemption wouldn’t be next on the chopping block.
Not only is the American Bar Association and its affiliates killing innocents, so is the American Cancer Society, per the .pdf link at the close of my letter.

Subject: Annual Oversight Meeting – 6th Request for investigation on behalf of those taxed without representation
The Honorable Secretary of the Treasury
The Honorable Commissioner of Internal Revenue
The Honorable IRS Oversight Board Members,
Paul Cherecwich, Jr.
E. Edwin Eck
Robert M. Tobias
Raymond T. Wagner, Jr.
Deborah L. Wince-Smith
IRS Oversight Board

Dear Honorable Public Servants:
After making a life and death, time-sensitive fifth request of the Board on the 18th and having it ignored along with those that preceded it, I am writing to request that the IRS Oversight Board immediately convene in an Emergency Special Meeting to retroactively invalidate the American Bar Association and its affiliates federal income tax exemptions and immediately issue a press release announcing the decision.
The Bar’s defiance of the U.S. Supreme Court in refusing to police prosecutorial and supervisory misconduct has resulted in wrongful convictions and wrongful deaths of former taxpayers, and your agency has taxed their beleaguered families without representation.
That defiance of the U.S. Supreme Court makes nonsense of exemption claims of protecting and/or benefitting the public.
I have previously stated concerns about the Innocence Project and its affiliates tax exemptions. Now I’ll add another national organization. Dr. Samuel S. Epstein’s accounting of the American Cancer Society’s in his paper, American Cancer Society: More Interested in Accumulating Wealth Than Saving Lives, makes it clear that the ACS is as much of an enduring fraud on American taxpayers as the ABA.
What there now appears to be is systemic, long-standing prejudicial and fraudulent behaviors by the IRS: Taxing the families of incarcerated innocents without representation, relentless pursuit of small sums from vulnerable Americans and failure to diligently collect hundreds of millions of incomes taxes through certifying knowingly false exemption claims of inordinately wealthy organizations.
I have recent, concrete proof of prejudice – along with the correspondence that preceded it, my personal check number 1004 dated June 14, 2010 – representing a significant portion of my monthly disability income and directly tied to multiple refusals from the IRS to pursue my timely and legitimate complaints of years of spousal income tax frauds against me, which were publicly disclosed in Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit, one of the pockets of prosecutorial and supervisory corruption well-documented by the media that the Bar has malignantly ignored.
An Arizona execution scheduled to be carried out on Monday is also related to a pocket of corruption that has been documented by the media.
Please cease your treacherous silence and honor your sworn and fiduciary responsibilities to ensure fair taxation; hold a Special Emergency Meeting tomorrow, retroactively invalidate the Bar and its affiliates exemptions, and immediately issue a press release announcing your action. While I await your response, I will work on a petition to compel the behaviors I’ve requested, should you chose to remain silent.
