Response to Haridopolos on GMO’s …

Florida Senate President Haridopolos is promoting merit pay for teachers. I’m all for merit pay for senators, which would consistently have Haridopolos’ wages dropping.

Subject: Response to your letter of January 21st

Dear Senator Haridopolos:

I am writing in response to your letter that I received this week regarding genetically modified organisms. You stated that GMO’s are a federal issue over which you, as a state senator, have no control.

When I moved to California in 1991, there were no state line checkpoints for entry anywhere other than California; not in Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada, Montana or Utah. California demanded disposal of fruit and plants before entering. According to the Internet, California still conducts entry Agricultural Inspections. [http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/paffairs/faq/faq29.htm]

You either don’t know what you’re talking about or deliberately made an attempt to misinform me; states can and do enact laws that provide protections that are superior to the federal government’s, what they cannot do is enact laws that are inferior to laws providing federal protections. Because of our lengthy history, I suspect this was a form letter designed to delude everyone who wrote to you about GMO’s.

Over the course of many years, I’ve written to you about Florida’s agricultural slavery and human trafficking; FP&L scamming residential customers with their “green” energy program; unchecked domestic violence and stalking; ongoing officer, prosecutor, state attorney and judicial misconduct resulting in false convictions; interactions between the FBI and Florida agencies that continually results in prosecutorial and supervisory misconduct not being duly investigated by either the Florida Bar or the FBI, allowing false convictions to stand. And more.

Despite your contrary sworn and fiduciary responsibilities, you haven’t responded to my electronic letters in a manner that indicates any interest in protecting Floridians from significant threats to their financial and physical well-being, let alone preserving their inherent rights. There have been three upset convictions within the 18th Judicial Circuit that indicate systemic failures in law enforcement and adjudication for decades; there are scores of clouded convictions related to those upset convictions. A significant portion of the 18th Judicial Circuit is in your district. It is not my personal speculation that you are involved in covering up corruption, it is fact.

As that is the case, the recent investigations of your financial ethics should have found frauds rather than errors. It would surprise me to learn that you ever ethically reported incomes to the IRS.

You’ll likely get a rush from this link about John Dean Moxley, Jr. – http://www.randijames.com/2010/02/brevard-county-judge-john-d-moxley-jr.html – because your every action indicates you enjoy having the power to protect Moxley and others with your clown car Innocence Commission. Rest assured that the majority of readers would find the link horrifying, even without knowing how many innocents Moxley helped frame.

With questionable competency and unsound character, you’ve assembled a cadre of overpaid cronies to vault you to a U.S. Senate seat, counting on continued collusion. Another sophist schemer hiding behind his father’s connections – the junior President Bush – ruined our nation’s integrity. Your father was just an FBI agent, but you’ve managed to play a significant role in similarly disgracing Florida. You envision red, white and blue stars and bars draped behind you in increasingly higher offices, while I envision you wearing orange behind bars with a cellmate who didn’t get a fair trial because of you.

As I’m the one with an operable moral compass, here’s hoping my sense of direction is the better predictor of what lies ahead.

Sincerely,
Susan Chandler
