Ross, a friend of Hill at one point, has always asserted his innocence. Prosecutors contend they have DNA evidence linking him to the killing.

Unless the court changed its order from Mito DNA tests to STR or YSTR DNA tests, the prosecutors are lying.
At best – with Mito tests – the prosecutors have DNA evidence that someone with Ross’ maternal lineage is linked to the killing.
This circus isn’t what Hannah Hill’s family deserves, and it certainly isn’t what Ohio taxpayers deserve.
Ohio’s Governor Kasich disagrees, apparently. He never answered my letter of February 12th.
